“After the fiasco with a third-party insurance company and competing with Purdue spring breakers, I was finally able to get a rental while they were determining if my truck was salvageable. I called Enterprise and confirmed pickup. I will say, the time on hold was extreme but staff were very helpful, picking me up with the rental car and dropping me off at home when my rental was over. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. The rental truck, a 2019 Ram 1500, was still quite new and in good condition. I was also impressed with the tablet system they used for checkout. Basically just sit in the rental, answer a few questions with the rep, initial lines, and sign the agreement. No old-fashioned paperwork to mess with and the rental receipts were emailed to my address on file. I'd recommend Enterprise, specifically this location, for anyone looking for a quick and pleasant car rental experience. In fact, before I left, they even asked if there was anything they could improve. I honestly wasn't able to think of anything worth mentioning.”

Advantage had a few cars left and we were SUPER appreciative they were able to take care of us. Arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. All other agencies sold out, pouring rain, what do you do? “The clerks were helpful and told me how to navigate around the toll roads. When I came back to drop off my car I accidentally pulled into a different rental car facility next door. It was maybe 4am and there was only one guy working nearby. I described that I pulled into the wrong place and I can't back out because my tires will be damaged. He told me to just leave the keys on the dash and he would take care of it. Sure enough, when I got off my flight I had am email that everything was processed and they didnt charge me extra for failing to drop off the car at the proper location. So grateful and honest.
