“This place was great and worth 5 stars. I would have liked my car washed but of course there was rain in the forecast so their policy is to not wash cars. I am sure this is because of people complaining. Maybe come up with a weather waiver in the future. Also, when we got there from the airport the wait was surprising since they knew we were coming. I had constant miscommunication regarding my rental from the insurance company, which had me play phone tag with Linda and Chris. Little did I know, that these two pros were dealing with other very hectic matters with grace as I waited for my car rental. “Enterprise on south 27th in Milwaukee is an exceptional rental location. It is filled with knowledgeable, kind and respectful individuals that do their best to make sure your experience is awesome!! I made a reservation for 3 days on the 3rd of October, online same-day. I went in and was verified and out in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked at the quickness of their service. I then decided to keep the vehicle a few more days (until the 11th) and gave my own insurance info. I was adjusted to a weekly rate so I saved more money by keeping it than returning it and getting a different rental. “Not a tea place! I’ve seen this small business multiple times but I’ve always thought it be a tea place because of the name. However it’s a super fast but efficient and super friendly car rental establishment. The whole team was beyond friendly.
