“Just picked up my rental from this Budget location and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, despite a minor hiccup. The woman attending the desk was pleasant and helpful, and is the reason for my positive review. The first car I was assigned smelled like smoke so I requested to switch. She checked the car, confirmed the smell, and obliged my request right away. It was certainly an opportunity for customer service to succeed or fail and I was very grateful to have encountered great customer service!”

My suggestion for BUDGET is to have back up vehicles available so this doesnt happen. Obviously the employees cannot control the reservation after a certain point. Unfortunate that renters do not follow through on their end.”

“Great employees and service at this location. I rented for a couple of days while my car was being repaired before our vacation. The repairs took longer than expected and I wouldn't have my car back in time for the trip. “I love these 2 guys who works there, I rented "supposedly" a small vehicle but since they don't have the car that I reserved on Sunday (04/14/19), Alberto gave me a SUV instead with discounted price! He was so generous! A tip was let for him today when I returned the vehicle, the Z, the guy who was there today gave me another discount, I basically rent this SUV for 3 days for a lot cheaper price! another tip was given for him for being so sweet!
