“I was initially scheduled to pick up a rental car at the Akron/Canton Airport Budget rental desk. When I arrived I was told that I had to use a credit card as they would not accept a debit card for the transaction due to being a corporate owned rental place. That would have been nice to know before I drove an hour to the airport but that wasn't Budget's fault. That was AAA's fault. When I located the Budget Rental place on Market Street which was a franchise owned Budget rental place, not a corporate rental place, the parking lot was small and full of cars. They need a larger parking area. The staff were extremely friendly and very flexible. They didn't have the initial sized car I was originally searching for but they upgraded me to a more suitable car for my needs. I would definitely use this franchise Budget Rental place again.”

Over the Holidays my roommate and I had a serious of unfortunate circumstances that led to us not having a car for a few days... I called Enterprise and Hertz and was so shocked by their ridiculous prices and unprofessionalism... I was literally at the point of tears but something told me to 'not give up' and to call one more place... That place was Expedited! Jonathan...the owner answered and he was so kind and understanding... He and his wife have such kind and generous hearts! His prices are really reasonable and the service was top-notch! “Everything went smoothly but when one is renting a vehicle for a week maybe make sure that the oil doesn’t need to be changed within a few days. I had to swap the vehicle out in GA the day before I was to return to VA. I had to find a local Avis - luckily only 6 miles where I was staying. I was swapped with an older vehicle and a larger vehicle. I had chosen the original vehicle based on gas consumption and size. Being put in a bigger SUV meant I had to pay much more for gas. The vehicle was also older and I struggled to figure out how to operate the navigation in the dark because of the time I noticed the oil warning on the original vehicle was later in the evening around 7pm. The employees were very helpful though. Hours of operation in Newport News VA was ideal compared to individual branches outside of the airport.”
