“I have been renting cars from Enterprise on South Union Street in Lawrence for a number of years. In the past month I have rented four times. The cars, the service, and the attentiveness have been terrific. The weekend special of $9.99 a day is a real treat. It is especially nice that they will come and get me to get the rental car and bring me back after I return it. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite and goes out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied. The car cleaning crew is doing a great job. One of the fellows gave me a ride home in the car I had rented and said "Do you have everything of yours out of the car?" I said of course and I pride myself on checking the car before returning it. Well, I blew it this time!! He opened the center console and their were my house keys and some money. Thanks to Enterprise for having such great employees at this location. I also appreciate that some of the employees have been there for over a year which means we get to know each other and they know what I like. I think that is very important and means that the employees must be happy which makes for happy customers.”

“As an Uber & Lyft driver, i was renting cars through Hertz Rideshare and was getting terrible service and cars with mechanical issues. Broken AC, Bad tires etc. Ever since I heard about AmeriDrive, It has been an absolute pleasure and it has saved me money and given me piece of mind. If i were to finance a brand new car and put a ton of miles on it doing rideshare, I would be out of warranty and would have to pay for repairs while making payments. I would be trapped. “Vehicle was clean and nice. But they decided to charge me $100 2 days after I returned the vehicle. I called, and the lady said it was an accident, and I should receive a refund in a couple days. All charges were supposed to go to Chrysler since they were providing the rental. But I ended up getting charged $100 when it was all said and done. Hoping I’ll eventually see it in my account. Update. Money was returned. Chris, and the lady that I had originally spoke too called and apologized. So all is well.”

Can be limit on cars . I question mgr status in my 4 years this is the 2nd mgr ????. Last thing traveling to Mexico Hertz has my 5 stars drive bay area to San Diego hertz at airport get it and go with paper work remember always get insurance from car rental if your going to Mexico.”
