Amid the stress of our car being totaled during the holiday season, being unable to contact our insurance agent to finalize arrangements for a rental, and the other stresses involved with a vehicle accident, the staff at this location made our process so easy and even took it upon themselves to try and contact our elusive insurance agent to help get us in a vehicle right at the very end of their workday.
