(improved from tricky policies in the past, but they do say $5/day, but a month later I have a $12 bill for a $3 toll). Virtual kiosk is fast to get going. Returning was fast, and they said nothing of the small scratch that was there in the beginning, but nobody noted.”

“Some of the bad reviews made me a little nervous about renting from here. I’ve rented a scant few times and only from Enterprise. But these guys were very cheap, especially for a full-size car (marketed as a Toyota Camry), so I decided to try. From the first call they were upfront about pricing and their fleet and I was informed the Camrys had largely been replaced with Dodge Chargers. Check in was great. The two ladies at the counter were friendly and easy going and we even joked a little. Car was indeed a brand new Charger. Check out and return was equally good. I realize different people have different experiences but honestly this one was very good. And I look forward to renting here again on a future visit! Thanks, Team Royal!”

I deal with Angie in the Oxnard office who is friendly, efficient and a great communicator!!! She makes it simple! The drivers are always friendly, patient and helpful!!! They are always on time, if not early, and they help load and unload the buses quickly. They always check traffic conditions so they get us there in the best possible time. Most importantly, I feel completely at ease while traveling because the drivers drive safely and that is of utmost importance. Even in foul weather I knew the passengers were safe at all times because the drivers take all precautions to be sure we arrive at our destination safely!!
