“Thank you Daniel, for picking me up at the dealership. Pick up was easier than central booking made it sound. Drop off, wish I thought to ask ahead about leaving the car at the dealer, which was permitted since there was only one person in the office when I went by. The unplanned rental was just what I needed, when I didn't know I'd need it. Not this location's fault... Dodge Charger race car style seats are uncomfortable on the bum. The sides of the seat bottom flare up on both sides, making the flat middle of the seat more narrow, and press into the sides of your hips and upper thighs, where pressure is not typically applied. I sat on a folded towel to elevate my rear. I dont have a wide backside... even one of my coworkers said he found the passenger seat to have the same problem. The car does have plenty of cargo space. Not my favorite car, but happy to have a car to use.”

“I had to return my rental car Christmas morning at the LAX Airport location. I was told by a fox rent a car rep on the phone that they didn't open until 5am. My flight was scheduled for 6am. I was a nervous wreck thinking I had to be on the plane in less than 1 hour after returning my car. I drove to Fox anyway and arrived at 4am to my surprise SERGIO was there with a happy face and and positive attitude! He made my day! I was so grateful he was there early to let me check in. I ended up waiting in the security line at LAX for an hour. There's no way I would have made my flight if SERGIO wasn't there. Thank you Sergio.”

“I called the Frisco office on Preston Road today, December 8, 2021, because I was looking for a car wash location that I had previously used after renting a car through Avis. I had the good fortune to speak to the owner, Heinrich. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to rent a car but for directions to a car wash I believed was near his office. While speaking to him I lost the connection. Ten minutes later, he called me back to provide directions and make suggestions. I was very impressed because I had already explained to him that I wasn't looking for his business but another one. He was so gracious and patient in providing help and time to a stranger which did not involve his business interest that, to me anyway, it said a lot about his character. I was truly impressed with Heinrich's helpfulness and customer service and felt it was necessary to let everyone else no what good service is if they have never experienced it.
