I’m giving this 5 stars because Carrie was extremely empathetic, professional and pleasant. When I reserved a full sized SUV I was expecting an Explorer. The full sized SUV they provided would have been fine if I wasn’t jamming 7 people plus bags in. Thank you to Carrie for trying to help and not losing your cool when I started to freak out! Everything worked out. Would use them again and read the car description better next time.”

The one complaint I do have is that I was given WRONG information over the phone regarding the price of a procedure (not covered under my insurance). With the info I rec'd I decided to proceed. When I went to my appointment to start the process I was informed of the price of the procedure by the doctor. When I told him what I was told, he said that was completely wrong. Imagine my frustration knowing I couldn't get the eye surgery I've wanted for years.”
