“Last night (DEC 17 2020) we rented a car from the Hertz Counter at the Colorado Springs Airport. I’ve had always mixed feeling about Hertz in the past, but my faith has been renewed with Jennifer’s assistance last night. We wanted to let her know how great of a job she did in her customer service skills and we wanted to let her management know how great of an employee she is to Hertz. I really hope this message reaches her because she needs to hear how great she is doing. Jennifer’s positive attitude set the tone for our evening before our 15 hour drive and I can’t deny that I appreciated the upgrade. Thank you very much and we look forward to returning the car back to you. One small critique- Hertz needs to add a line for positive reviews of their services. I even got the car that was listed. (I usually wind up with something else). My only issue that occurred was by my own hand. I left some items in the car on arrival and didn't realize it until I got home. I filled out the lost and found form on their site and 3 days later got a call from them that they had my things. I originally go Fremont ( Stevenson’s Blvd.) which they canceled my request last minute because of no availability of vehicle that we booked which is a hassle to us. I look for another location and go to San Leandro ( Republic Ave.). The guy,Armando, is very accommodating and resourceful. We originally booked for a mini van and we end up of Suburban which is more room and comfortable since we will be driving towards Pacific West.He gave us affordable rate.It was a very smooth process not that much guests/crowd unlike the Fremont one.”
