“My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived. In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great. They’ve also stood by their old motto and picked me up and dropped me off both before and after renting. Great customer service and I’m glad this location is there!”

We were able to select another vehicle that was just right. A little more advanced in its features, but just right nonetheless. Marcus was very helpful, friendly and patient when explaining the features in the vehicle. The return process was equally great. I was greeted with a smile and a simplified return process. “I have rented from Tim multiple times and I can tell you this has been the best exotic rental experience I have had. Also really like the 15% discount for being a loyal and continuous customer. So far I have driven almost all vehicles of their current inventory. I can tell you all of the cars are clean, safe, and fast. The rental process took 15 minutes with minimal paperwork. I had to provide insurance verification and a credit card that can hold $2500 for a security deposit on top of whatever the rental amount would be. I.e $2500 + $1800 for rental and +400 for extra miles if needed.”

I get to pick which car I want off the Emerald Aisle, which usually includes some nicer models, then just drive out. No paperwork, waiting, hassle, or headache. “From start to finish our experience with Routes Car Rental in Orlando was... amazing. The shuttle was less than a 5 minute wait (as suggested, I called the number before getting my bag at claim), the car was ready immediately, no line. They require a major credit card for a $500 deposit, reasonable and expected. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Drove a beautiful yellow Jeep down the expressway for 15 minutes and we encountered a massive obstacle of stone and gravel spread over four lanes of traffic which had fallen off a truck. The result was myself and 4 other vehicles with flat tires. I called Routes, Susan was so kind, told me to be safe and suggested I call my road side assistance because I had declined their insurance. Unfortunately my road side assistance resulted in a four hour delay as they had technical difficulties and the communication was very poor. I called Routes multiple times to keep them updated and each time they greeted me calmly and said no worries, we’ll have another Jeep waiting for you upon your return. At 5:00 pm we arrived again, 5 hours later, and by 5:15 we were out the door in a new Jeep. Their patience and understanding was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time. They wished me safe travels and reminded me only good things to come for the rest of the weekend. TheJeep ended up very damaged, flat tire, bent rim, brake damaged, and leaking brake fluid. My insurance will have to be involved I’m sure but I was thankful they didn’t make me wait to discuss what had happened other than the explanation. I was skeptical because of the reviews I read while booking but my experience could not have been better.”

“The guys at Hertz Santa Ana location helped us get the best price for a fuel efficient car. I am moving to Texas, and was under a lot of stress with the situation, plus I had never rented a car before, and Ryan and Miguel both made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The place was very clean and organized, everything had a place, which my obsessively organized brain appreciated, and was stress-relieving in itself. Both Miguel and Ryan were patient, and very personable. Miguel knew who we were immediately upon walking in, and Ryan was focused, organized, patient, and knowledgeable when walking us through the paperwork. Both Ryan and Miguel are AWESOME! They answered our questions with grace and kindness, and we were on our way in what felt like no time! Definitely thankful for and happy with my experience at this location!
