I should have reserved vehicle from airport location rather than city location, they have more vehicles. The vehicles are less tricked out with features but are less expensive than Budget, Avis, and the others. Car was nearly new and worked well for us. return in Ft Wayne, IN was quick and easy at the city location and it looked like they had a bunch of cars unlike the Lincoln, NE city location. I will use Enterprise Rent-a-car in the future for my rental car needs.”

“I have used the Enterprise Rent-A-Car place in Clovis on Shaw avenues several times and found them to be very easy to deal with. The last time I showed up, the truck was ready to go and I was driving off their lot within 5 minutes. The people that work there have always been friendly and accommodating. The ONLY issue I have had was with this last visit. I rented a truck, got in it and it wreaked of cigarettes. There was even a "no smoking" sticker on the dashboard. By the time I turned in the truck later that night, I had to go home and take a shower because my clothes and hair smelled like cigarettes. In the past, I will usually get a text from the manager asking about the rental and was waiting to comment directly to her and not through this forum, BUT since Enterprise has emailed me twice asking for a review....here you go. Sorry.”

“Be friendly and you will get your car quickly. This place is generally run by nice people. Just be verbal with the guy in the front and tell them what you want. We booked our car about a month ahead but had to pick up early. They are fine with that since our car was ready for pickup about 3 hours ahead anyway. This place can be a bit busy in the morning as most local people pick up their car for their day work. They rent out mostly larger van and trucks but very limited in stock. By 9am, their parking garage is emptied out but then it was a Friday. Took about 15 minutes to drive out from the place after the paperwork, I discover there are a lot of garbage in the back. Please check. Be warned!! Check for garbage in the car you pick up. Check the gas meter. Mine car was half empty and I took a picture. They didn't really check on my return anyway and no additional fuze. I found a broken baby sit in the backseat. Price is about the cheapest you can get in NYC.”
