“Had a water pump gasket blow. Set up an appointment and had car towed in. They were very careful with my car as it had no fluid in the cooling system. Because issue on the car, they couldn’t give and estimate or time of cost to repair, which was reasonable in this circumstance. A few hours latter they called me with and estimate of the cost and time, explained what they needed to do to properly repair the car. The estimate was reasonable. The repair was completed timely at the estimated amount. Cooling system is now working fine with no issues. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be going back when service is needed.”
