They make it easy to get the proper permits and are nice to deal with. The building inspector, Adam Bernert, has been especially helpful as I have been working on upgrading my home with a solar panel system, radon mitigation fan, seismic upgrade and now a mini split heat pump. Great employees like that help make West Linn a better place for everyone.”

“Being a Lawn Sprinkler Contractor that visits many cities and speaks with many city representatives, I felt it necessary to inform those who may be looking to work in this city of the amazing customer service I received from the permit technician Kelly Minor. She listened, she responded, she was in a good mood, and she even emailed me details on how to set up our company on their Web Portal from permitting. Usually I get representatives who seem to be annoyed that I called or bothered by me having more than one question. Not only did she start the experience off with giving me the address, she even explained how to get there once I exited HWY 26. She then was very polite and helpful the entire visit. As a contractor speaking with these people often, it is nice to have someone who finds happiness at work as opposed to being tired, annoyed, and bothered by having to help contractors with information!”
