“The place is very clean. I love this city! They host family-friendly events (usually free). The performing arts center, the police station, library and city hall are in this area. I guess it was built to be a "live-work" environment. Townhouses and apartments available for rent on the campus, as well as some conveniently located shops, like Dunkin Donuts.
