“We just had a fantastic first visit to Oakland Smile Station for my four year old. It was her first time to the dentist and she was really nervous but they made her feel at ease. Everyone from the reception staff to the dental hygienist Miss Susan to the dentist were smiling, friendly and talked to her on her level. The actual cleaning was gentle and they introduced all the tools before using them to show my daughter that it wasn’t scary. The staff were very efficient in scheduling and getting my information. My dental hygienist was very thorough with checking and cleaning. She was considerate and always tells me what she will do next. She was very knowledgeable and really cared for me as her patient. My dentist was friendly, professional and also very thorough. Gave me time to ask questions or if I had concerns. The clinic was clean and I had a place to put my purse and jacket and the tv was a plus while I sat on the dental chair.😁”
