“We love Dr. Shannon she is a wonderful caring dentist. Both my kids has been going to her since they where 5 and they are not 16 and 12. She has a wonderful staff and clean office. She is located in Santa Monica. My son has Autism and since the beginning since my son was 5 she has been very careful in working with him. Now that my son is 12 yrs old he is so comfortatble with Dr. Shannon he just walks into the office and into her chair. There are also TV for him to watch in the office too and he just loves it. I recommend Dr. Shannon and Dr. Song.”

“I’ll start with the fact that the dental assistants and the front staff were very kind and informative. The woman at the front desk took extra time to explain and ensure that I understood the paperwork I was signing for my daughter’s x-rays and why they may be necessary. Although the dentist wasn’t able to treat my daughter in their office and referred us to a specialist, he was extremely kind and supportive and made sure to let me know that the issue we are having is mostly genetic, common and not my fault (this goes a long way to hear from a professional as moms who blame ourselves for everything!) The staff and dentist seemed to have great rapport and it made for a comfortable environment. Overall, an excellent experience and I will be returning with my other children!”

“I have always had really good experiences with all the staff. Dr Tyler Fordham took the time on a Friday to find a specialist for a root canal that needed done ASAP as I was in great deal of pain. He set up the referral and appointment and made sure I was going to be okay until my appointment. I had left for a while because my insurance offered a deal through another dentist, they were no help and actually contributed to the problem. I called Peninsula family dentistry and they took me back, no questions asked and I am never leaving them again!
