The receptionist shows very thorough experience and is very flexible. The assistants are nice and also communicate well so that I was never worried about what they were doing. Dr. Chen is also a great communicator and shows a passion for his work which brings more trust to the patient. I'm now able to confidently show my teeth which are often complimented about. Overall, this was the best experience I've had with any dental work, with a welcoming and understanding staff, efficient progress, and thorough communication.”
