“I have had 3 teens go through braces with both Dr Cook and Dr Mess. (One going through round two braces now,) I cannot say enough great things about this practice! The entire staff is SO caring and friendly. The wait time (assuming the patient is on time) is never more than 5-10 minutes. They are informative throughout the whole process with patients and parents. There are no frills in this office, just the standard tv and magazines in the waiting area. But the prices are reflective of that. Many local ortho offices we visited (at least 4 others) had SO many perks in the waiting area- while impressive- the cost of treatment at those fancy entertaining practices was $1500-$2000 higher. The quality of the work at Cook and Mess Orthodontics is amazing too! All 3 of our children have had no problems and now have beautiful straight teeth! Thank you Dr's Cook and Mess (and all of the staff!!) Melissa is our favorite because she always figures out a way to work with our crazy schedules.”
