“I ordered two large dessert trays from this Edible Arrangements location. I had specific requests (as they were being sent to doctors offices and wanted a birth announcement and holiday card sent with them). I asked that they both be delivered before the holiday — unfortunately, one of the offices was closed early (due to the holiday) and we were unaware of the early closure. The owner personally delivered this one since the office was opened past delivery hours. I felt horrible that this had happened and they assured me it wasn’t an issue and we would figure out another date to deliver it. Both dessert trays were delivered as promised with nothing but professionalism. I was so beyond satisfied with the service here and I will only be coming to this Edible Arrangements in the future. The staff was nothing but nice, helpful and accommodating! Bonus - my three year old daughter came to place the order with me and the owner was so kind and generous — gave her a plush stuffy reindeer that made her day! Thank you once again and I look forward to using your service and location in the near future!”

But when I called Lacey she didn't hesitate, she sent me pictures of everything that I wanted and I made a decision very easily.
