“Best gym ever. There’s multiple floors and lots of different rooms and a ton of free weights and equipment in each room. You can adjust the lights if you’re there alone, which often the gym is empty. The equipment is good enough to get a good workout in. It’s also fun to go with people or alone. Overall just great vibes, good views with lots of windows, lots of space and a lot to choose from. This is my safe place. If you are stinky and weird then go to planet fitness or something bro stay outta nwfz thanks.”

“WYB gymnast XS definitely does exist. It’s true it’s hard to find but it’s ridiculous that someone gave them a 1 star rating because they couldn’t find it. My daughter has been taking gymnastics at a different gym for a few years but is ready for a change. Shea has been very welcoming and helpful and definitely knows her stuff. This is a non-profit gym so not as demanding as those trying to get kids to the Olympics. Regardless, their equipment is well kept and safe with great coach:student ratios. With the close attention, my daughter was able to nearly achieve two new skills her first time there when she was merely checking out the gym. The worst part of it is the parking lot which could definitely use some new gravel and holes filled in for this rainy weather.”

“Meyer's Gymnastics has great equipment, lots of room and Ken Meyer is a great coach. It is the best option in the region. There are many good gyms in this area but, Meyer's offers students superior training and personal attention. It is true that Ken is a great guy and works very well with beginning students. Nonetheless, I have also seen him prepare advanced gymnasts to win at regional competitions. Ken's students may have had more successes over the years but, I'm only referring to what I saw.”

I have tried memberships at other gyms, but never liked the environment at those places. Working out at Strength Built is like having dinner with your family and friends. Everyone is so welcoming and the manager, Garrett always makes sure that everyone feels right at home. I remember being introduced to everyone my very first day as well as being shown around the gym. “Crossfit Somers is a great place to learn Crossfit. I have been a member of this box for a couple of years now...the coaches are great and accommodate all ages/abilities, from young kids to seniors. I am close to 50 and in the best shape of my life thanks to Steve and his coaches at Crossfit Somers.
