“Prior to joining full body Pilates I would “throw out my back” 2-3 times a year and would be in bad shape for a few weeks. I went to physical therapy and was recommended to try Pilates. I found Full Body Pilates and found great instructors, fun classes and some really nice people and now it’s been 3 years since I have had any issues with my back! I feel stronger and more flexible and I really look forward to going to my classes. If you are looking for a low impact way to start working on getting stronger and more flexible this is the perfect place to do it. Perfect instruction and loved the opportunity to "perform" at the end with the cameras out and lights down. Great sense of community. It is in a warehouse, so a little tricky to find the first time. And no waiting area, so if there's another class going on, the door is locked and you have to wait outside.”
