I would say they all looked good and didn’t take very long. After reading the reviews the first chair must be Simon, his haircut stood out. He cut my boy’s hair like he was going to a wedding. I didn’t catch the other hairdressers names. I would go there again for the front 2 chairs.”

“I wanted to give it some time before reviewing, but seeing Alex was the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair! I naturally have very frizzy curly hair. Alex let me know he wasn’t sure how straight he could get my hair due to having it very processed with color. Well, he got it perfectly straight. If I let it air dry, it is straight with volume, so blow drying for only a few minutes with a round brush gives me a perfect blow out every time. “Inna is incredibly talented and goes above and beyond any other extension specialist I have experienced! I have had keratin treatments, k-tip hair extension applications, and move-up appointments, and I was blown away with all her services. Her prices are fair for the amount of work she puts in, and she re-uses the hair each time which cuts down on cost. The experience is bespoke from start to finish. She does a full consultation to evaluate your hair type and hair goals. She then diligently sources hair to find the right fit. I have very fine and thin hair, but she was able to find hair that perfectly matched my color and hair density, and the quality of the hair is amazing. She even cuts the extension to a micro-sized section to apply it in my thinner areas on top of my head and they blend PERFECTLY. When I came to Inna the first time, my hair was about 3-4 inches long from growing out a pixie cut, but her technique perfectly blended even the shortest pieces. I also appreciate that Inna is very diligent about after-care instructions for her clients. She gives you a full packet of instructions that have helped me maintain the quality of the extensions and the health of my natural hair. Since my first appointment, my hair has grown so long and I have no damage from the extensions. I included a photo from my first removal and second removal to show how my hair has continued to have healthy growth. Her salon is clean, and she and her assistant are very friendly and professional! I highly highly recommend Inna - I even drive several hours from the Bay Area for each appointment. The results are so worth it.”

“**Avoid North York location at all costs! ** I booked the Hammam Rhassoul Clay Wrap at the Hammam Spa by Cela in Toronto. From start to finish, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff, especially my spa attendant. She was attentive, respectful, and a delight to chat with, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the treatment. Afterward, she surprised me with a lovely gesture of Turkish tea and some delightful treats, which added a special touch to my visit. The spa’s steam room was incredibly relaxing, providing the perfect environment to unwind after my treatment. However, the changing rooms left something to be desired—they were not as spacious as I would have liked, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. One issue that slightly marred my experience was the location of the quiet zone. Unfortunately, the door next to this area was frequently used by employees, leading to a constant flow of traffic that made it difficult to fully disconnect and relax. A better layout design could have significantly enhanced the tranquility of the space. Also, I found the spa slightly overpriced. It's also worth noting that my initial plan was to visit the North York location, but my experience over the phone was incredibly disappointing. The staff there were rude and unprofessional, and my attempt to address the issue with the spa manager, Giovanna, only made things worse. The situation escalated to the point where she raised her voice at me—a shocking and unacceptable behavior for a luxury spa. In contrast, my experience at the Toronto location was a breath of fresh air, thanks to the outstanding service from Jennifer and Rebecca. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful time. If you’re considering a visit to Hammam Spa by Cela, I strongly recommend choosing the Toronto location for a full and enjoyable guest experience. However, be mindful parking is not readily available, I assume due to the location. Arrive early if you’re driving to find a parking spot. **Avoid North York location at all costs! **”
