“The team at Higley and Queen are great. I’m not impressed with the appointment updates through the app. I know this isn’t a location thing so I’m not blaming the team. This is a corporate thing that needs to be fixed. I should be able to book based on my requests to manage the time better. If someone is late they get bumped. I can follow the texts and show up on time and wait another 30 minutes and the next time follow the text get 3 consecutive texts that say 15 min, on deck and your stylist is ready all in 30 seconds.”
