He does not push me because he knows I am pushing myself, but I suspect he would do that if it was needed or worked better for me. He takes the thinking out of the workout for me by setting the weights and directing the exercises to do. He remains cognizant of certain limits I have and asks if anything is causing pain. All I have to do is show up and give the physical effort. Is it worth the cost? For me, it absolutely is. Access to a full gym of equipment, knowledge guidance, and the motivation that comes from making a personal commitment make for an exercise routine that I will stick with.”

“We found Angels Senior living at Connerton through a Hospice nurse. My dad has been there since December 2024. He transferred from a previous assisted living facility. The care and services at this facility are excellent. The facility and layout is very nice. He is in a on bedroom unit with private bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Very roomy. The food is excellent with choices if my dad doesn’t like what they are serving. Also we were able to join my dad for lunch! Also the administrator, Scott, is very responsive as well as the awesome staff! I highly recommend.”
