I appreciated discussions about what was normal for this test as compared to my experience. “I have been going here for my doctor's appointments for 2 years. The 3 doctors I've met have been great. It's easy to schedule a visit online or over the phone. Maybe specialties are offered in the same location. For a first appointment you may need to wait a few months, unfortunately. Sometimes there can be a waiting time, but mostly less than 30 minutes. You can do many tests on site, like EKG, ultrasound, urine tests, etc. The online patient portal is very convenient and doctors normally answer requests in a few days.”

“Rabbi Rappaport was phenomenal for the entire process. He was patient with all my questions and answered all of them. He helped us make an informed decision on circumcision for our son. Even with our son being born a week and a half late, Rabbi was still able to come out and perform the procedure on a schedule convenient for us. The process was over quickly with very minimal blood. Everyone was very friendly and efficient: my provider’s personal scheduler and assistant (who helped me with my appointment scheduling and paperwork) the receptionist and the radiology technologist. Dr. Plyler was wonderful. He reviewed my MRI images with me and explained all of my options thoroughly allowing me to participate in my plan for care. Overall just a smooth and pleasant experience.
