My dental hygienist, McKenna, was nothing short of amazing. She took her time, was extremely thorough yet so gentle, and truly cared about making sure my teeth looked and felt flawless. Dr. Micheal Skidmore has built an exceptional practice with an incredible team that makes you feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from start to finish. The front staff is friendly and I could always ask them anything. The NPs are friendly and understanding. I never felt rushed. I felt i could communicate anything to the staff and they would listen to me. Yes I would see different NPs but thats usual for any office I think. “I would highly recommend Fremont Vision Optix Optometry. On Wednesday evening at 5:45 pm, my 5th grader was complaining about eye discomfort and sensitivity to light. I was concerned it could be an eye infection since she had recently started wearing contact lenses. Despite it being close to closing time, I called Fremont Vision Optix at 6:10 pm. Even though they closed at 7 pm, the receptionist kindly accommodated us for a last-minute walk-in visit. They clearly explained the reasonable fees upfront. We arrived at 6:41 pm, just 19 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the doctor was incredibly patient. He first asked me about the issue, then directly engaged with my daughter to understand her perspective. This made her feel respected throughout the process. The good news was that it was just some minor corneal scratches from dry eyes, which the doctor assured us would likely heal by the next morning. He provided us with free eye drops to help the healing process and gave detailed guidance on next steps if the symptoms persisted. I left the appointment feeling assured and without any lingering worries. I highly recommend this practice for their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent patient care, even during the final minutes before closing.”
