I never felt judged in my appointment. They were incredibly kind, patient and informative. I tend to ask a lot of questions for clarity and they never seem like it’s a problem. Highly recommend recommend them! The only downside as it is with most doctors offices is it’s just the two of them in the small Lockport location and they are always super busy so you’ll have to probably sit at least 30 minutes till you’re actually seen so when scheduling be mindful for planning your day.”
