“I came to Vivo Infusion Center for the first time today. I had a great experience. Kathleen my nurse was very knowledgeable. She also took the extra step of doing a new set of labs she had not done and made sure she went the extra mile of obtaining what she needed and read through everything that was required so that I would avoid another stick and also avoid having to go somewhere to have it done. She made sure I had hydration and snacks to make my infusion stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Denkera the front desk person was also extremely pleasant and relayed messages to me from my PRO Judith Hill. She was also amazing and ensured I had everything in place for my copay cards and payments to reduce my financial obligation to the minimally necessary. I am so impressed with Vivo!!! “I was really discouraged with my former physician because I felt like she didn’t care and didn’t have time to discuss my health concerns that were bothering me. I felt rushed like she only had 10 minutes allocated for my appointment before she had to move on to the next appointment. “The care my mom received at AdventHealth Connerton’s ICU was fantastic. You could tell the nurses and healthcare team truly care and you could see their passion for what they do. Even though I couldn’t be there 24/7, I knew she was in good hands at all times. Special shout out to nurses: Kylie, Chyna, Tim, Ayerim, Glineshka, Heavenor, and Belly. All of the RT’s and PT/OT were great as well. RT Mike and OT Brenda really stood out to me. I do believe some improvement can be made with better communication between interdisciplinary teams so everyone is on the same page. Overall, I feel she received great care.”

“Staff is very good. Everyone has been so nice and caring. Motovating you to get to the next level. Failure is not an option at this facility. If you are willing to work they will take great pride in getting you better. The food is good the rooms are clean. The staff is what makes this place remarkable. No one wants to be here as they have been through trauma, but there is nowhere else I would want to be in the event that rehabilitation is needed. “The care is great Dr Margono Dr Baker Dr Vargese & Dr Kittle are really informative friendly & detailed when explaining things. The one & only thing I hate is when you call you have to leave a Voicemail & there have been plenty of times when I leave a voicemail on a Monday and Tuesday morning & don’t receive a call back until a Wednesday or if you leave a message 10am Monday they don’t return your call until Monday 3:15pm. I think that’s ridiculous but the care is great.”
