“I had radiation treatment with Dr. Shivnani and chemotherapy with Dr. Rao. Both are very good doctors and I am fortunate to have gone to them after consulting with different doctors in Denton. The doctors, nurses and staff at Texas Oncology were great and I am now 1 year post treatment for throat cancer. I still go for follow up appointments and I am cancer-free. I would seek their help if I was facing cancer for the first time or if it should come back.”

“My experience with this clinic has been beyond fantastic, EVERYONE is noticing my thickening head of hair it's only been 6mo. I am told it gets better/thicker than this.. This clinic needs 10 Stars but it only allows 5.. I paid more but I didnt have to leave the US and slept in my own bed after surgery.. Oh by the way, I am a big baby and hate pain. My procedure was PAINLESS. even days after. It did itch some but again that left after about a week and I know that was part of the healing process. I will be back if I need to but I dont think I will have to do additional. ONLY this clinic/team will do any kind of additional procedure... I was hesitant at first but not any longer. they are top notch..”

Then when I moved I had a nurse covering for another nurse and both of them were great! Christian is great at what he does even though he was exhausted after a long day! “I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!!
