“The nurses in this facility are friendly, caring, and efficient. Today I had my sixth procedure there. It is a procedure some doctors choose to do in their offices, but I have found that my doctor's decision to use this facility allows him to use an x-ray technician for the fluoroscopy allows him to free his hands and focus on the procedure. I wish for the sake of the staff that the physical facility were a little more spacious, because it can be crowded at times.”

“Dr Gianotti is top-notch! Great bedside manner, very personable, thorough, and seems to enjoy a good sense of humor. Hopefully he doesn't always remember me for my Angelina Jolie lips description joke 😆 great guy and I'm happy he's my doctor! I felt completely comfortable talking to him and look forward to him taking care of all related needs. Office staff is also very friendly. I really enjoyed the presence of Jess, too. “I have had the necessity to stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In the last 2 years, I have stayed in 4 different places. My experience at Avemere Clackamas has been wonderful. The Staff (Admin, RN, CNA, CMA, Activity Dir, Dietitian, Kitchen Manager, Therapist ) all have been very nice and attentive to my needs. One of the Med Techs (CMA) Crystal, does everything in her power to show kindness, respect, and empathy. The kitchen Manager (Betty) has come to me periodically to make sure that my food needs are being met completely (and I have quite the list of needs). The other difference between this location and the other facilities is the quality of the food. Other places were bland and cold. This location has the best food overall. Chris is one of the Chefs… and he really knows what he’s doing. I haven’t loved everything, but that’s just a preference thing, and I have enjoyed prox 95%. The chefs here know how to season your food. The Activity Dir (Chelsea) has fun things planned daily, and she doesn’t just leave it up to you to check out what to do, Chelsea goes around and reminds all residents and helps them get to the adventures location. I could go on singing their praises, but suffices to say … I highly recommend Avamere Clackamas. Thank you for reading this whole review. “Not only do I work here, but I would send any of my family members here to be cared for. This is a loving family-like community, and we as staff care for our Residents as if they were our own. When they are sick or in the hospital, we are always advocating and concerned about their care outside the facility. The facility is beautiful and clean. We recieve compliments ALL THE TIME for how well our Residents are cared for, or "wow, we can tell your staff really loves these Residents". And we do. That's what makes CMLC/SILC different...our people are our family.”

“Being in a lot of pain & having to travel just over an hour, I was concerned about all of the poor reviews. I was afraid I'd only make my situation worse. Yet, from the phone call I made to verify urgent care hours, personnel at gate, front staff as you enter, nurse, doctor & UC staff, x-ray staff, those I dealt with in ophthalmology, travel, & pharmacy, not one person fit any of the negative feedback. I was seen in minimal time each area. Might not have been as busy as it was for those bad reviews. Doctor spent a lot of time with me & everyone was courteous, attentive, & respectful. We were there only about 3 hours for all I mentioned. My experience was 5 star.”
