“This is an awesome place for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Patients will receive personal one-on-one therapy and each appointment will last for one hour. In addition to therapy, they also offer Dry Needling, Cupping, and many other specialized treatments. Patients are treated with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend them. The center is located at the YMCA down by the river. Give them a call, as you will not be disappointed.”

“We have visited a few pediatric centers with specializations in children's disabilities in Western Europe, Germany, etc., however, this is by far the best place any parent and child with Down syndrome can wish for. Dr. Spinazzi and her team are world class professionals, are highly competent and knowledgeable, and care so much about the child and especially the parents. We miss this place terribly and please do not leave this place for your child if you don't have to, because here the child gets everything it needs developmentally in a timely manner with preventive measures and will develop faster and sustainably than in other places.”

“I have used PTHA for over 45 years. My Son has used the clinic since he was born. Doctor & nurse even came to the house where he was born to do well baby type tests Great doctors, nurses that the staff and doctors get to know you & not just a chart number, all the assistants, pharmacy that will take the time to explain your medicines, they have many community type services also. “I was seen in the office today and i have been coming there for years and they have gotten newer staff since my last visit and i just have to say that they are wonderful!! so friendly and empathetic and the Dr. that treated me today at the Austell rd location Dr.Kara Witsiepe was AMAZING!! I have never had a doctor like her if i could use her as my primary care i definitely would she was so nice and understanding and listen so well and huge help!! by far the best PA i have had in my 30 yrs.”

“One of the few places on the LA county website that offers Covid testing on Sundays. Took just a few minutes on their website to schedule. Went in this morning with just a 5 minute wait. Chatted with the nice security guard as I waited outside, whom had oldies music playing from a little speaker. Went inside and everyone was super friendly and relaxed. The nurse offered to administer the test for me or I could swab it myself. She confirmed I was doing it right and was in and out in less than 10 mins. Extremely easy, pleasant and painless.”

“I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”
