“We switched over to this office after a few months of horrible care at another. We’ve been seeing Dr Mark and the Nurse Practitioner when he is not available. We love everything about this office. He referred me to specialists that I needed to see, and made sure that everything I was concerned about was addressed before I left the office. A follow-up appointment with his Nurse Practitioner was the same. His office staff is incredibly kind and very efficient. There isn't an aspect of the practice that I could say anything bad about.”

“This review is to be hopefully helpful to not only new, current, and future patients but also the office in general too. On the day before your appointment proactively call the office because they will show you no mercy in canceling your appointment if you don't respond to their phone call. For some reason my brain decided not to make this connection. Anyhow just calling proactively solves the issue and makes it so you don't have to worry about missing the phone call from the office and have to wait an additional 2+ months for another appointment. This goes for the office too. I know your process seems simple but I can't recall many offices that operate that if you don't call back the day before then your appointment gets canceled. I think it would be helpful to say "You don't have to wait to get a call from us. Just call us the day before and tell us you'd still like your appointment for the next day." Could save you a lot of work calling each person if your patients proactively call you”

“My daughter sees Dr. Landol and she is great. But I do have to say the receptionist was not great she was very short with me when I called about my daughter having a reaction to meds she told me it was just a side effect and to finish the last dose which in my eyes was totally wrong. My daughter was having an allergic reaction, and the receptionist didn’t even put me on hold to ask the dr she just told me to give her the last dose. I ended up at children’s er because her just reaction turned into an allergic reaction”
