“I've been going to the Alpine location for over a year and the El Cajon location several times. Always helpful Always professional and their support services vast. They constantly are contacting me with additional services and assignment with personal care advocates. Never gave a we'll get back to you. I call and they walk me through the process including transferring to the appropriate dept. And immediately follow up making sure I was taken care of. Actually kind of overwhelming. Never had a health care provider so totaly concerned and do as they promised. And the amount of services including chiropractic, vision, dental. Not to mention behavioral mental services. All under one roof. More services added regularly. Crazy I believe they may actually make me well.. Thank you”

“Between my 2 surgeries and my hospital stay all within the last 2 months I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with everyone I’ve interacted with. Dr. beer done wonderful on my surgery and explaining everything. The anesthesia team were so friendly and educational and my nurses both pre op and on the OB floor during my stay were amazing . One of the nurses even came to see me to check on me when she seen I wasn’t her patient that day. This was a very traumatic time in my life and they made it as easy as possible for me. Amazing massage chairs in the waiting area and the P/T area. Bathrooms have feminine needs, who does this!? Novelli does. They want you to feel comfortable and really care about you as an individual not as just another patient. Great place.”

“Texas Rehabilitation Hospital in Keller exceeded my expectations in every area! The physical and occupational therapy was rigorous and exactly what I needed for my recovery. The therapists are top notch! The nursing and patient care techs are second to none… highly professional and caring at all times. The doctors are very involved in your rehab and are on hand to answer any questions, every day! I have no doubt this facility and all those associated with it have greatly increased my overall recovery! I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough!”

“This skilled nursing facility (it is not a nursing home) has won numerous awards and accolades, and for good reason. Edgemoor was my son's home for nearly 8 years. During that time he received outstanding and loving care from the entire staff--from the doctors to the nurses to the maintenance staff to the security staff. Edgemoor serves a very special population that can be difficult and challenging--on a good day. Their communication with our family was excellent and any concerns or complaints were handled quickly and efficiently. When our son fell seriously ill and needed hospice care, the Edgemoor doctors stepped in to provide loving and palliative care until he passed in a place where he felt love and joy. Without them we would not be where we are. My sons goal was to walk out without assistance and they pushed him to help him achieve it. “I have been seeing Dr.Clewell for a few months and I don't think i have had a better primary care doctor. She has listened to me and my problems and didn't dismiss at all and instead is working with me. She understands mental health can interfere at times and has always been very epithetic to me. I feel really lucky I found her office. Her office staff and nurses are also amazing. They really care about their patients and try to help me with any problems that occur. They have always been timely and hold to it as well. Truly a great office and I will be recommending her to anyone, especially if they think they are dealing with hidden illness.”

“I ended up taking my mom there yesterday and everyone from the nurses to registration were great and attentive to her situation. They even called today to follow up if she needed help connecting with her primary doctor. It was such a pleasant ER visit and the wait time was beyond reasonable compared to other hospitals experiencing 6+ hours. It was a little bit of a drive for us but best choice we made. Will highly recommend this place to friends and family and definitely go there in future for any emergencies.”

“Had my first appointment with Dr. Koch today (consultation). I was received, processed, and brought into examination room very quickly. Nurse did intake and vitals and told me there were two patients ahead of me. Ok. Well after an hour I have to admit, I was starting to get very annoyed-probably had some attitude when Dr. finally came in. But after a few minutes with Dr. Koch, all my anxiety was gone. He was absolutely wonderful, great bed side manner, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. He assessed my situation, made his recommendations, and I was extremely pleased. Moral of story-be patient (no pun intended). Good things come to those who wait. Highly recommend this knowledgeable doctor.”
