Very easy to work with. Responsive to emails. If they promised to get back to me with info, they did. An actual person answers the phone. Not endless prompts to work through. Had a slight issue with my renewal. Debbie was more than helpful. Offered to call Progressive on my behalf. Resolved the issue and even found an additional discount that was missed during initial application. Also got me a refund as the discount should have been applied from day one. Now that is customer service! Highly recommended.”
