“Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first!
