She corrected a ear piercing I had got October 3rd 2019 that was done at a angle & I couldn't wear the earring anymore it was completely Redding against my head, there even was a mark indentation, I showed the girl Heidi ad this was like first part of November & she corrected it and have not even felt it was there its in upper carlige of ear. “I went into this new store located across from John’s Pass. There were many unique and very well priced pieces. I was looking for earrings. I had two larger loose diamonds with me that I wanted to have set into studs. The owner had several settings to choose from. She took the time to explain which settings would best enhance my diamonds and showed me just how they would look. I was impressed by her knowledge and noticed that she was a certified gemologist and appraiser. The price was great and my earrings were ready 3 days later. I noticed that custom work is also done and I will return to see what can be remade with some of my older less worn pieces. The owner was very helpful and friendly and the store is a “real gem”.”

Also I love that they have a variety of the bands with a magnetic center and loose stones with a magnet in a variety of shapes and carats to try on to see what the band, shape and size diamond looks like on my finger. And I can just choose the band, the shape and size of the diamond. They will order and put together just for the price of band and diamond, no extra. Their pricing was way better than anywhere else I stopped. Even the sales prices at the chains were higher for the same comparable jewelry here. Give them a try next time u need any jewelry before u buy.”
