“Thank You Billy!! Our sofa looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. We had some young visitors and one drew on the back of our off-white microfiber sofa with black ball point pen. The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. They said if we were still under warranty then PRIUS CARPET CLEANING Carpet & Upholstery is the local company who would do the work to get the stain out. I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone did say they can not guarantee pen ink will come out it's one of the harder stains to take out, especially on off white. We made the appointment. Billy came to the house, looked at the stain and told us the same thing. He said he'd do his best, but he doesn't know if it will come out or if we'll still be able to see it. He worked his magic (and it was a hot day and we don't have air-conditioning. I don't know many people who would work that hard in the heat). We were so happily surprised when he was done. That stain is gone! Our sofa looks brand new! We're still doing a happy dance. It's rare to see people taking their work seriously and having such attention to detail. We've gotten used to being disappointed by a lot of mediocre work and Billy is just awesome! He really does his best, as if it's his own home. We are so happy and so thrilled. “Great place to get things done. It is a very clean and relaxing place. I usually come by in the middle of the night but if you ever need any help there is usually a positive and smiling woman there during the day that is more than willing to help! There is usually some jazzy/calm music playing and plenty of magazines or books to choose from while you sit and wait in their little cozy sitting area. There is an ample amount of washers ranging from double loaders to a 9X loader. They have a bathroom, wash basin, and (for purchase) laundry bags! Also, if you happen to forget some laundry soap, quarters or a beverage they have a vending machine handy for each! Plus, there is no shortage of folding/organization tables and laundry carts! This is definitely a place I will choose again and again!”

He saw that I was waiting on him to finish and asked me how much change I needed. He informed me his name was Mathew and the place was under new ownership..
