I have a 4 bedroom home in CW and through Airbnb we have lots of families coming with kids every 2 weeks (usually 10+ guests) and Steve gets EVERYTHING out of my entirely white carpets! My entire home is carpeted for people with kids so they don't fall when they come out of the pool. So we have to get almost 3,000 sq feet of carpet cleaned but his scotch guarding really seems to make a huge difference! It protects the carpet from spills. “Been coming here for 15 years, its convenient and close to home, recently the prices rose ($9.50) per load in the jumbo washer, which is necessary due to inflation. Every now and then, depending on the shifts, I'll get locked out, and electronics will disappear. Staff will take advantage when she isn't being supervised? Couple times, while trying to locate "missing property" the building will remain unsupervised for hours past closing, baskets unattended in the parking lots, door wide open at 2am, no one on site! Just to avoid giving me my "missing" property, ghetto!”

“This is a nice and clean laundromat. It was nice and cool inside. There's nice seating areas throughout and nice magazines to look at while you do your laundry. They have modern machines and the extra big ones. I washed 2 twin quilts today. I was surprised how dry they were after just 15 minutes in the jumbo dryer. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. They also had a very nice bathroom. There's a laundry soap and softener dispenser machine and there's a pop machine and snack machine. The owner was filling the soap and fabric softener dispenser while I was there. He is very friendly too. I will absolutely go back, I found it to be very relaxing.”

He came home from work in a bad mood and yes the carpet was wet, he did not try to call RC Carpet to see if they could do anything about it. He just wrote the review which was not fair.
