You can do your best to prepare for these situations, but one of the things we didn't think about was having clean, crisp dress attire on hand and ready for when he would be called for interviews. With that said, we dropped the clothes off with nothing scheduled and expected the clothes to be dry cleaned per the usual 2 day turn around. Then upon returning home my husband had received two opportunities for in person interviews that were to happen on the morning of when the clothes would be done. We placed a phone call to the 5th Avenue team as soon as we heard explaining the situation and requesting support on quicker turn around..... No questions asked the team understood the situation, showed empathy and got the job done to our satisfaction per usual! “We have used Bob's Chem Dry services for years. He is courteous, on time and knows his business. The Chem-Dry process is so much better than steam cleaning or any other type of cleaning. It is non-allergenic, which is good for asthma sufferers. There is no noisy van outside and hoses coming into the house. It takes about two hours "drying time" before furniture can be moved back in place. We recommend Bob's Chem-Dry of Green Valley!”
