“Not the best judge of carpet cleaning, so take my review for what it is. We needed carpet cleaning for our place, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90s when it was first built. The carpet was flattened, the edges dark, and various stains. We were referred to Kenny from a mom’s group. Compared to other carpet cleaner quotes for steam cleaning, the price was incredible. Kenny arrived punctually. He’s very approachable and friendly. Finished out townhouse in just over 2 hrs. The carpet got some of its bounce back, smelled fresh, and the carpet looked cleaner. The stains and dark edges couldn’t be completely saved though. He also did rug cleaning.”

“Called John On Tuesday wanting my carpet cleaned. I really wasn’t in any hurry but he had an opening today Thursday 11-12-20. Not only did they show up on time, they were early and got all set up to work and start on time( I have a pet peeve about people telling me 8am and then not showing up till 8:30, 8:45 and sometimes over an hour late. And usually ask them politely to leave.) So John and Louis walked around my house with me showing me concerns and they took it from there. They pretreated all the areas that had stains (and I had a lot in my study which for some reason where my dogs go pee if not let out at certain times. They did 4 bedrooms downstairs and huge game room with 2nd master bedroom upstairs. Very pleased with their work and will be using them again.
