“Very, very clean. All the washers and dryers were working and in excellent shape. They take coins only. There is a gas station next door to get change. They even have a food cart in case you're hungry. There is plenty of seating. Sunday is busy. Darrel, assistant to owner, noticed me as soon as I walked in. He immediately offered to help me. Roseane, the owner, was there, too. She was also friendly, extremely helpful, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. It was a pleasant surprise to receive great customer service at a laundromat. It is worth going across town to Simpsons.”

The work was also good quality - they shifted the buttons and lining as well. I do wish they had given me a ticket or something to verify that I handed it over to them when I dropped it off, but I picked it up without issue with just my name so no problem.”

I can’t speak to the reviews giving fewer stars as I had good service and our items were well handled. The best part is that they are able to clean hats, which can sometimes be a struggle since not too many places are comfortable doing that. I didn’t use the washers so I can’t comment on those either.
