“This Kiara Christian review is completely improper. This is someone who was never a client. I refused to take her case. Apparently, there was no legal recourse for this person as a matter of law. She would not take no for answer. I therefore took the time to contact other lawyers to explain to her that there was no case. She gave me a negative review for being honest and diligent. This site should be ashamed of itself for including this as a negative review. Anyone can see that I took the time and effort to address a person who would not take "no" for an answer. The Tyran Wilson review is for a person whom I also never represented. He is aggravated that I refused to take his case. It was an auto collision in a parking structure that occurred at a super slow speed, incapable of injuring anyone. The medical treatment was pretty much non-existent. The Chianta Bivens review is very unfair because she received a tremendous result and expressed satisfaction at the settlement hearing.
