“One of the best places to go in the little town of Orange Cove! Cool, quiet and filled with books and DVDs! The only downside is the hours. I wish they were open longer and later!”

“We were passing through the area on a road trip and looking for a place to let our kids (3 and 5) stretch their legs. This is a fantastic community library with an incredible children’s section. There is a large kids’ play area with tons of different activities and toys to play with. Multiple story times each week. Wish this was our own library! 📚”

“Five Oaks Museum is well worth your time. The exhibitions are developed with care, intellect, and empathy, with a a lot of thought to who they are partnering with. I always keep an eye out for what is next. This image is "Butterfly Maker" by Greg A. Robinson (Chinook) part of This IS Kalapuyan Land guest curated by artist Steph Littlebird Fogel.”

“Wow. Great. So neat and the internet is faster than my premium fiber. My only complaint is that the adult customers are sooooooooooo loud and obnoxious and the library ladies don't shh them like when I was a kid. Bring headphones or earplugs. But love this little place. Happy to pay the $25 dollars to help the cause.”

“The Goethe Institute is a truly magnetic place where one can learn German, German literature, and German contemporary culture in general. Tucked away on Irving Place near Union Square, it offers a spacious library on the ground floor, and airy classrooms on the 4th floor. It’s best to join as a student or member in some form. I love this Institute. It is a haven for anyone interested in the European intellectual life and life style.”

“Can't say enough about the library. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very friendly. The staff is awesome. Ms. Pat, Ms. Doris are the first ladies I met there. They can answer any question you may have. There's some new personal there now so I don't know all their names but Ms. Charlotte knows her way around the library as well. Almost forgot Ms. Catherine and Noah. If it weren't for these folks I would be totally lost. They have a wide variety of books along with a video section. A computer section with about 15 computers free to the public. Just get a library card and you go to go. There's always something going on for the kids. There's also a video game department now. I can't say enough about our library. Easy parking, good hours and easy returns. Can't wait to see how everything turns out after the remodeling is done.”

“I recently took my oldest to the library for the first time yesterday and we were both delighted. The dear lady in the children’s section couldn’t have treated my child better than if A. (my child) had been her own; she took A. on a special tour of the section and showed A. all the wonderful different resources available to A., and was incredibly helpful in recommending books she knew A. would be interested in. A. was very excited to get A.‘s own library card and the lady in the main section was incredibly sweet in how she spoke directly to A. and asked A. questions about what A.‘s interested in and how the library can serve those interests. We left with A. feeling so excited and empowered about using such a great resource and being able to develop them in a friendly, encouraging environment. As a parent, I was thrilled to see my child growing and getting excited about learning for learning’s sake, which I think is so critical for personal development and good societal health and engagement. It was a great day and a wonderful experience.”

“Edited up to 4stars. The pharmacy phones were down but they fixed the issue. Great job.”

“I feel bad for giving it a 4 star rating but they really need to address the lack of exterior lighting at the facility. I don't think it needs to be lit up like a football field but there needs to enough lighting for guests to be able to walk safely into the building. It would also be helpful to have some at the entrance or the drive. Last night attending a class I saw multiple older guests struggling walking into the facility. I struggled myself as it was so dark and had to use my flashlight on my cell to see.”
