“I don't like working in libraries; they're too quiet for me, but if you need to find something for research, you should easily be able to find it here. If you can't, the desk clerks should have no problem finding it here or at another local library.”

“50 years! of building community... So much care and commitment has been packed into such a small space. Making every inch count, they've delivered innovative programs, fund raised for the collection and for the community -- and brought opportunities for growth and discovery for the young and old and everyone in-between. Mmm, and sometimes they pulled it off with less than 2 loaves and 5 fish! Here's to all who sowed a seed for the library, to those who turned the soil and watered it along the way. The fruit of the Seagrove Library is found in the countless lives you've touched.”

“This is an outstanding public library in a small rural town. Needed to scan, fax, and forward legal documents. I had my concerns because of the sensitivity of documents. The librarian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place!”

“A small but sufficient local public library, especially for little ones. My family has enjoyed the children’s story time with stories and music. We also like the children’s corner with picture books, board books, & toys. There are benefits for adults too. Parking lot with adequate space. Inter-library loans available. Public access to WiFi.”

“I love how there were a bunch of kiddos who were being invested in! Just before the children arrived, a librarian came by to warn me that it was gonna get loud for awhile. Once they were gone, however, it was quiet again. Would definitely like to visit again!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a treasure trove of information available for the genealogist. Staff was helpful with how to find things and how to work the equipment. Check out the wood sculpture in the lobby, quite a beautiful piece of woodworking!”

“My daughter and I love this place. they have a wide variety of books. They have a craft corona. They have computers that the kids can get on. They have puzzles they have reading times they have a bunch of activities. You can check books out at and with no problem, you can also print out papers. The staff is very friendly and kind and informative. My daughter loves this place. Sometimes I have to drag her out of it lol we went to the craft room just last week and had a blast. I would recommend any family with kids oranges anybody to come and read or just relax it’s very cold in there as far as like AC it’s not hot.”

“Love this place, I've been here for a lot of years. They have books, movies and computers. Staff here are amazing and nice come in here every other week. You have a month to return a book and one week to return a movie. To sum up everything that has been said so far, nice library to go to and they have a variety of books and movies. Go here for a bit even if it's just to hang out. Love.”

“The library is clean and neat! The librarians are helpful but the system is old since you need to go the front desk to get your items checked out unlike Mission Viejo Library.”

“I love this library. I’m visiting friends from Minnesota and needed a quiet place to work for a bit. I was warmly greeted. As I wandered around scoping out the seating options, the same staff member approached to let me know that the computers are down. (They posted a sign on the door so if that had been my purpose today, I would have been tipped off immediately.) I let her know I just needed a quiet corner to work for a bit and she showed me to the “cubby room” — a small room with a couple of study carrels, a chess board on a small table, and comfy chairs fit the bill perfectly. The cubby room doesn’t have natural light but the main room has lovely high windows.”

Address: 1251 Muldoon Rd #158, Anchorage, AK 99504, USA
“I'm relatively new to living in the Muldoon area & I'm close walking distance to this library. I love going there partly due to the people who work there. So friendly. They go out of their way to offer help. I use the self check-out but if there are issues they jump right in. What I also like is being able to request books online through the loan system. They arrive fast from around the state. I have no idea how the system works but it's amazing. Also being able to make copies there is incredible. I mean, free or a tiny cost if you need more. I have well over 400 books & tons of ebooks but I'm definitely making every effort to use the library more. Well ok, my idea of fun is looking for books at thrift stores so I'll always love owning them but definitely impressed by these guys. Thanks so much.”

“All the staff are great! Very friendly and helpful. Staff member Rachael, is the best librarian in the universe! She's great with children and adults alike. She really goes above and beyond to help patrons find what they're looking for. She's, "the super library lady, miss Rachael". in my toddler's words!”

“This library is a nice small town library and has a cozy feeling because of its small size. I used to come to the library more often when I was younger to play games on the computer. I loved the time I spent here.”

“We have the best library! The librarian and staff are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. They're always willing to order new books that our family is interested in, either through inter-library loan or to add to the permanent collection. It's a Carnegie library, so the building is super charming. For a small-town library, the selection of books, magazines and movies is excellent. They also do a wonderful job providing seasonal book collections/offerings. Follow the library on Instagram and Facebook - it's great!”

“I’m been a student from Palomar couples years, I work full time so I’m been taking my time to get my degree. I just got to say that the new library is amazing. People complaint parking is not free. Two options buy a pass or take the sprinter to school. Let be grateful that we have an amazing library for us to use.”

“Beautiful facility and friendly, helpful staff. Even though it is a smaller library, they offered borrowing options and online resources for books that were either checked out or not in their stock. Children’s area was fabulous and engaging, even for our toddler. After way too many years away, we are looking forward to visiting regularly again!”
