Then as I entered was immediately greeted by a nice young man who cashed me out (told me about the amazing special … $8.00 for half a sub fries and a drink)i asked for a receipt , gave me two (appreciated that) also asked if I wanted a bag (also appreciated that) the food… Was AMAZING!!! Hands down the best sub and fries ever ! Let me explain… the sub was made exactly as ordered everything in the sub was FRESH (generous portions for sub and fries)and DELICIOUS ! THE FRIES WERE PIPING HOT!!! If you are particular about Hot fries like me PIZZA WORKS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Drove the whole way home still hot 😊I couldn’t wait to put 75 pounds of ketchup on them😂 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIZZA WORKS ON MAPLE. I would also like to mention the restaurant is very clean ! “Thank goodness for the manager there today. I finally convinced my son, somehow to take a walk. High functioning but so many compromises that come with the holidays can eventually hit its limit. It did today when we got back from our walk with the pizza and it was wrong. Any high functioning carers can know there's a freakng limit and sometimes it's because the pizza isn't half and half the way we freaking planned it. He made us a brand new one and did not make me at all feel stupid like the kiddo that answered the phone. Our favorite was the soft garlic bread with warm marinara sauce! The salads are delicious, use fresh vegetables, and the portion is HUGE so be warned if you’re looking for a “light” dinner. I stick to certain staples, like Singapore Mei fun, fried chicken wings, crab rangoon‘s, chicken fried rice, ribs, chicken noodle soup and am never disappointed. One time when I ordered Singapore Mei fun, they ended up delivering the wrong mei fun. Upon calling, they immediately came with the right order. People make mistakes, it’s not a big deal.
