“I'm kinda biased with this review. Shakey's is pretty popular in my country and I miss it so much. We don't have it in Georgia and the closest one which is in Alabama already closed 2 yrs ago. When I learned that there are lots of Shakey's locations in California, I was so excited. We went there for lunch, The original plan is just to order Shakey's special thin crust, chicken and mojos potatoes. The cashier is kind enough to let us know that their lunch buffet is available and we can try variety. I post a picture of chicken and mojos which I put gravy on top, it may not be for everyone but I suggest trying it. Over all it's all worth it. I love it. Anyone who reads this and if you were able to visit the Philippines. Try our Shakey's as well you might be surprise.”

I ordered lasagna dinner and also had a slice of cheese pizza while waiting on my dinner to be ready to go. My lord what fantastic food they have. “Great pizza and value! I'm new to the area and found this place via Google. Since it was close by I decided to walk there. The place is small and meant for pickup and delivery only. They have a tiny waiting area with a few seats but that's about it. The building is OLD but it adds to the aesthetic imo. The food though is great!! The menu has normal pizzeria types of food: pizza, wings, foldovers, soda and etc... but thr value is great especially compared to national chains. The food is made fresh and their topping portions are generous. Highly recommend!!”

The staff was friendly and even offered to let me sample anything I wanted. I sampled the savory mayo and fell in love. I got a custom made sandwich, Smoked turkey, American cheese, bacon, savory mayo, lettuce & tomato on a ciabatta roll. It was amazing! “Needing in house care for my mother in law, led me to reach out on social media in the Nashville area. Immediately someone that I knew very well for many years, reached out and said Care of Angels, took care of her mother for years and she had nothing but good things to say about them. So I reached out to Derrick the owner/ founder. We arranged a meet at my mother in law's apartment. I felt Derrick gave me so much time, listening to everyone I needed to share with him. He explained where and how he started his business, along with his wife, and the experience they both had. I felt felt comfortable moving forward signing a contract to begin right away. Our need for 7 days a week, 3 hours per day, was met between two experienced and caring women. One of the best part was, feedback Evey few days, we received. “For one, I love that this is a family owned business and is still holding up for around 30 years. They’re so very friendly and have that Italian/New York Humor and are so nice when we go in. It is the only Chinese take out that will give you all day 2 dish combinations. Meaning two dishes and a fried rice.
