We had the team take on a large siding, trim, gutters, and fascia project, on both our home and garage, with some additional painting of deck materials and pillars around our home. Mikhail is very attentive and responsive, making several in person trips to explain the process, answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate our large project prior to finalizing a contract. From project start, the crew showed up every morning, worked all day and repeated until the job was done. These guys are impressive, hard labor, high ladders, several custom cuts and finishing, and the end result looks fantastic. Throughout the install, there were a few quality concerns, one due to James Hardie board materials, and a couple areas where finishing touches weren’t up to par. Mikhail and team, no question, resolved all of these issues, replacing any impacted materials and perfecting the issues of concerns. His communication was consistent and immediate, chatting via text or call throughout the project. All in all, we love the way our home looks and if I were to do it again, I’d call Mikhail and Imperial Builders to get the job done. Thank you Mikhail, and team for making our home look amazing!”
