“Per the pictured example, Sage Brothers Painting restored six different roadside historic markers located throughout the Town of Sand Lake. The work included lightly sandblasting off the old paint, repainting the signs with two coat each of blue marine enamel, and meticulously restoring the yellow lettering. He's not only professional and detail-oriented, he's also super thorough and fast, without jeopardizing the qualify of work. His turnaround time is unreal, from giving an estimate to painting the interior and exterior of the house. He communicated a timeline of start and completion date once I signed the agreement, and he did not fail to deliver. The crew completed painting the interior and exterior of the 1,700+ SQFT home within a week. The interior needed a lot of repairs throughout including new drywall, texture, and getting the mold treated. The cuts/lines between walls, ceilings, doorways and cabinetry are perfect--super happy with the detailed work. The exterior also needed quite a bit of TLC, and the team did not disappoint. Louie was very helpful in providing recommendations of paint types and grade to get that premium look. End result: the house looks PHENOMENAL! I recommended him to a friend, who recently hired him, and he expressed similar experience as well. Consistency is key. I HIGHLY recommend.”

We did have to reschedule a few times, first because I needed to and then he did but, this is the nature of the contractor business right now. Everyone is busy, so patience is sometimes required.
