“Richard painted the exterior of my single family home. He really made that place look good! I didn’t realize how run down my house was looking, it had been about 15 years since the previous owner painted the house. There was a lot of preparation, he and his crew found trim that was damaged and replaced it, they found little holes along the base of the building and filled them (this also helped keep out mice). They cleaned up after themselves, the house is looking great, and the price was quite reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer, will use Dependable Painters (Richard Matyja, owner) whenever I need painting. They also work on commercial properties.”

“Yawata Company was phenomenal! When we were deciding who to work with, Javier came over a few times for consultations and helped us scope the project. His recommendations saved us a lot of money. Javier and his team / extended family have been working together for 15+ years. They were so pleasant to work with as a team and everyone was extremely diligent to ensure every detail was addressed. We asked Javier if we could paint certain rooms and the garage before we moved out of the house and then paint other rooms afterward. They accommodated our schedule requests 100%. The price was very reasonable and the finished project was high quality. After the project was completed, I noticed some additional outside woodwork that needed to be fixed and painted. Javier and his team were quick to respond to a couple of those requests because they knew we were listing our house for sale and we only had a few days before the Open House. In addition to painting outside portions of our house and the entire inside of our house and garage, they painted the garage floor with epoxy paint which looked spectacular…I highly recommend this. The Yawata team provides the best customer service you could ask for because customer satisfaction is their #1 priority.
